When an agent wants to run a command or change a file, Swarm shows you the exact change as code and the conversation moves to Needs you.

Approve or decline

• Allow lets it make this one change.
• Allow for this conversation lets it make changes like this for the rest of the conversation without asking.
• Deny stops the change. You can then tell the agent what to do instead.

Answer a question

Sometimes an agent asks you to choose between options. Pick an answer, add a note if you like, and it continues.

Ask less often

Permission modes decide what each agent can do without asking you. Swarm remembers the setting for each project.
