Connect an agent
Sign in to an agent with your own account so Swarm can use it.

Before you start
Install the agent on your PC first, following its maker’s instructions.
Connect it
- Open Swarm. It picks up the first agent it finds on your PC.
- Sign in to the agent with your own account when asked.
- When it’s ready, the bottom of the sidebar shows the agent as ready, for example Claude ready.
To add more agents, sign in to each one the same way. They all appear in the agent menu under the message box.
Good to know
- You can sign in to more than one account for the same agent, for example personal and work.
- Sign-ins are kept in Windows’ own secure credential store.
