  1. Open the workflow.
  2. Choose how often it runs: every day, every weekday, every week, or a custom schedule.
  3. Save.

Good to know

  • Scheduled runs need Swarm to be running. It keeps working from the system tray with its window closed.
  • If an agent hits its usage limit during a scheduled run, Swarm hands off to another account or waits for the reset.
